Making the 'merge status list' items accessible to people using assistive technology #28483

In the 'checks' list that appears at the bottom of pull requests, the 'Details' link on the right of each entry doesn't provide any context to screen reader users. Sighted users get their context from the text content to the left, but screen reader users going from landmark to landmark may hear the links out of context and not know what they do. They could just hear 'Details' 10, 20 or 30 times in a row. In the GOV.UK design system we add some visually hidden text to the link to provide the missing context. Using the above example the links could be:
